Tonight I’m feeling full – so grateful for these days. Yesterday I had such a great time with my 7 year old and her class; we went on a field trip to the Sacramento Zoo. It was so fun to speed around the zoo with happy, energetic first graders. And today, I went on another “field trip” =) with two wonderful friends to Napa. We had a tasty picnic and a beautiful day together.

Last night we were visited by some sneaky folks who teepee’d (or tipi’d) us. We didn’t wake up to our trees lined with toilet paper but our lawn had actual miniture teepees! No evidence was left as to who did it but I have my strong suspicions .

Happy birthday!
Last weekend I took a few photos of my friend, Isabelle, at her 10 year old b-day party. Her mom threw her a Paris themed party. It was so fun and il a été magnifique! (translation: it was magnificant!). Here are just few photos from the day…
