On Tolerating Printers…

I am a geek and you know that I really love using computers & digital cameras. However…I really have a tolerate-hate relationship with printers. It seems that whenever I have a rush print job, my printer refuses to print, is jammed or has pms. When I have an extra special item that I want printed, it smudges ink on the page. UGH! Over the years I have tried various brands (HP, Canon, Epson) and models – it’s always the same struggle. Can you relate?

Another issue I have with printers is that ink is so expensive. It really hurts my wallet to buy printer ink. Why is it so expensive? I don’t get it.  However… I am writing not just to wine (oops..I mean whine) but I want to share a wonderful resource. I buy 99% of all our printer ink from online company called 4inkjets.com.

4inkjets logoI think these guys are awesome and have used them for at least 2 years. I buy their remanufactured high capacity cartridges and am happy with them. They ship fast and their ink works great for me.  Also, as a bonus..they always seems to have some type of discount offer going on. This morning I used the code, SCH4545M at checkout and saved about $3 (10%) – I smiled. =)

So if you need ink, check them out: 4inkjets.com

Now….anyone know of a printer that won’t jam, smudge or refuse to print?

Sunday Morning Thoughts

I read these words this morning…

“The sun does no choosing. God chooses–every morning so far–to make it rise. Yet the Lord of the universe asks me to choose to follow Him–to participate, as Christ did, in the flowing action which is his ill. ‘Dwell in my love. If you heed my commands, you will dwell in my love, as I have heeded my Father’s commands and dwell in His love’ (Jn 15:10 NEB).” Elisabeth Elliot Devotional
